1. What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income?

Before joining Symmetry Financial Group, I was serving as a deputy sheriff, dedicating myself to serving my community. Although it was a rewarding role, I was earning around $36,000 per year, which made it challenging to achieve the financial freedom I desired.

2. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group?

I was drawn to Symmetry Financial Group because of the opportunity to build a business while making a meaningful impact. The flexibility, potential for growth, and the chance to help others with their financial wellness really resonated with me.

3. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?

Since joining Symmetry, my life has transformed in many ways. I’ve gained financial stability, increased my income, and have the flexibility to spend more time with my family. Additionally, I’ve developed professionally and personally, embracing an entrepreneurial mindset.

4. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group that you likely would not have done or been able to in another career?

Working with Symmetry has allowed me to create a flexible schedule, build a business, and pursue financial goals that were previously out of reach. I’ve been able to help others achieve their financial wellness and have the freedom to travel and spend quality time with loved ones.

5. What advice do you have for a new agent?

My advice for new agents is to stay committed, be open to learning, and embrace the entrepreneurial journey. Focus on building relationships, providing value, and never stop striving for personal growth. Remember, consistency and persistence are key to achieving success in this field.

4. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?

The ability to build a home in our dream location and travel to multiple destinations across the globe completely paid for through the insurance carriers and SFG.

5. What advice do you have for a new agent?

Give yourself a real chance of being great here. If you give your entire self to this opportunity, you can truly turn your dreams into a tangible reality

1. What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income?

Before joining Symmetry Financial Group, I served in the Army and later worked as a K-9 handler.

2. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group?

I was looking for something that offered greater income potential and, most importantly, the flexibility to spend more time with my family. That’s what initially drew me to Symmetry.

3. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?

Since joining, I’ve experienced tremendous professional and personal growth. The ability to create my own schedule has allowed me to be present for my family in ways I never could before.

4. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?

One of the biggest blessings has been the opportunity to travel with my family, especially to Disney, which is a huge passion for them. Beyond that, mentoring others has been incredibly rewarding – helping people transform their lives and, in turn, change the trajectory of their entire family’s future.

5. What advice do you have for a new agent?

For anyone just getting started in this business, my advice is simple: give yourself grace. This is a new field, and failure is part of the learning process – just fail forward. Growth comes from the lessons learned along the way. And above all, make every sacrifice necessary for your dreams – because if you don’t, your dream will become the sacrifice.

1. What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income?

Before Symmetry I was fresh off of being a college baseball player, working as a maintenance assistant at an Assisted Living Home. I was making right around $1200 a month there & trying to get my start in personal training.

2. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group?

Frankly, the opportunity to make some money brought me here. I didn’t know how to sell, but I knew I could figure it out. My plan was to pay off my school loans, store some money away, and head out to pursue my dreams of being a professional baseball player. About 2 months in, I shredded the past dreams of baseball and went full force at Symmetry.

3. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?

I am different. I came here super introverted, shying away from my own shadow. I’m comfortable in my own skin. I own a business now. I can go where I want, do what I want, and spend what I want. Once I learned the skills necessary to consistently convert a lead to a family protected – I realized I could scale this thing as big as I want to. I can dream again. 5+ years in, I’m still growing, and the opportunities are limitless. Any ceilings here are only self-generated. And I love it.

4. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?

I’ve had the ability to travel, sure. To make money from home, that’s nice too. The biggest thing for me is to be in an environment where I’d be an outcast if I WASN’T growing. Where personal development and who I am as a person matters most. Most organizations and career choices, I’d just be a number. I like to matter. To be on the leaderboard at work, AND at home. Where my work matters, and it’s a lot more than just a paycheck.

5. What advice do you have for a new agent?

You learn the skills here by repetition. Not just the role playing in the mirror. But the constant day in, day out – calling leads and talking to people. A sense of urgency in dire. The faster we learn how to be effective with people in our sales process, the faster we EARN our time back. Oh, and NEVER miss a conference/team call. There are nuggets shared every day and sometimes we don’t know what we need until we hear it. Take this seriously, go all in, and life for you and those you love most will never be the same.
